I realize I sounded rude and unappreciative. My goal was not to insult anyone. I am sorry for all offense given, and I bid thee farewell.
What did people respond with to my "essay"? PM me if you would.

here you go micah...this is the post in question...and let me elaborate on this topic with the actual story so that maybe our clan can avoid becoming a whipping post or a troll's new hot topic micah1 Level 17 A lack of an active clan forum makes a clan seem far less connected and more like a title than an actual cooperating group. Why aren´t game invites being thrown around on here? Why isn´t there discussion? I joined LEA a few days ago, expecting a team clan with moderate activity. The players in LEA are active (except for about 20), but on the individual level, not as a clan. This clan could be something great and big, and it may have been that way in the past, but has now devolved to something much less.
I apologize if this is Rebellion, but the leaders of this clan need to lead, not just sit there and accept people who want in. I was expecting screening of some sort to get in. I mean, it isn´t DARKLORDZ or XS, so why don´t we work on having a competitive clan focused on helping player be better? The leaders seem more like figure heads, doing little for the clan. A leader leads, managers manage, and players play. Our current leader has seems to be more of a manager who isn´t fully completing his/her duties. Inactive players are not removed from the clan, screening is non-existent, and they aren´t pushing this clan to where it should be. Once again, I apologize for any hurt feelings, and the general rudeness of this paragraph, I just do not know how to put it any better.
This clan´s trademark symbol is 5v5. I realize that this is no longer the main focus of this clan, with it being more a 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 group. These are still team games. So why aren´t new people being invited into them? New players want to connect and make friends. I want to get to know people. But without the clan forum, how can you do that? Start inviting people to games. Maybe mentor someone. I know I could certainly use some work.
The lack in clan forum activity makes it near impossible for a new player to be connected to the clan, and feels shut off. The player soon stops recognizing themselves as a clan member, and their little Clan tag they were once so proud of becomes subconsciously ignored. If it doesn´t do anything, why should you care about it? Clans should do something, work out strategy, play games, have fun, share some friendly banter about. Why can´t this clan be great, if it is filled with a bunch of capable people?
I already feel nostalgia for this clan, because I did not want to join a clan like this, I wanted an active clan with helpful, friendly, active people, and leaving is an option I am now considering. This clan seems a thing from the past, and we need to bring it to the future now, together.
I want to help this clan grow and reach where it should be. I really do not wish to bring about harsh feelings, but this clan cannot move forward from where it is now.

Thank you, Captain Trips. I understand why I was booted (read the second paragraph, and the rest of it, for that matter), and do not blame you for your decision.
Were there any replies?

This response would have shut me right up. I wouldn´t have questioned almost at all. I don´t want to aggravate people. I also probably would have tried to add to the forums to some extent.
A mouthy noob? Mouthy, yes. That second paragraph was very mouthy. Was the rest? I would say no. Noob? Yes. I am a new player. I am not the best at strategy, nor do I expect to ever be. I do not know everything, and listen when a more experienced player gives advice.
Not knowing what was going on? I didn´t see anything. I took my observation and came to a conclusion. Was there something happening? I don´t know. I am not you. You are the only person who really knows what was going on.
No, I don´t want some troll to grab any clan, and turn them into a beating post.
Still not sure if you weren´t insulted/pissed off, etc. You got a little grumpy in there.
I didn´t make an inquiry for this vital information because I assumed it was not there. There was essentially no forum activity except for me and the lack of screening led me to believe this clan was held together by a name. I wanted a clan to be better for the sack of being better. I love making things good for everyone, and making things more friendly. I knew I couldn´t do it, so I tried to get the whole clan into it. Sometimes I get mad, or salty, or frustrated, and things cannot be taken back. Insults are traded, and I regret it.
Lack of Team player spirit? Read two paragraphs down.
Was that essay respectful? I shouldn´t judge that, but I tried. I really did.
Self serving is where I got insulted. Heavily insulted. I did not try to make that post self serving at all. I was saying that WE need to fix this. We. The whole clan. I wanted the clan to be better, to be more friendly, and to live up to my, (and what used to be your( expectations of a clan. Each person joining, especially new folks, are looking for a group like I described. I wanted a better clan for the purpose of making LEA a better place to be for everyone. Including me. Is ¨everyone¨ self serving? I believe that the LEA could be an amazing place, all I was doing was trying to help get it there. Would you have been happier if your first clan had been as great as you had expected? I wanted it to be that so other people would have a great first experience with a clan.
Also, looking at your clan page, you fixed one of my complaints-the inactive are gone. 119 members down to 70. Would this have happened without me saying something? I don´t know, but I believe it would have taken longer if I hadn´t. Thank you.
Is this a sign of a leader? Progress is a sign of a leader. This is progress.
Is the forum more friendly now? I ain´t got a clue. I can´t see it. But if you can sticky something on the forum, please take the important parts of your post and put them there.
And still, were there any responses? I am simply curious. PM me.
And lastly, you said 90%. What were the things you disagreed on?
PS: ¨WE ARE ONE FROM MANY...WE ARE KA-TET!¨. What is this from?

Got heaten up pretty quickly here - I didnt intent to do any discussions on our clans topics on public forums - anyway Trips ... I just guess you overread my (first) response?
Besides that please know that I really appreciate what/how much you did - and still do - for the LEA. Trips Noone denies that and I get that you are insulted by a "newbie" telling you how bad you do your job - after all you done and still do.
Anyway I used to be(kinda still am) such a kind of rebellish newbie ... Even though the way might have benn not the best I still think the intentions were not the worst. Actually I prefer "newbies" who constantly try to improve and challenge themself AND their community over "newbies" who accept everything as given just to not insult any older/more experienced players.
Instead of taking harm, we could take all that energy and lead it into good ways instead of making a big fuss around it.
So my answer (the first answer in the thread ... all other were already posted) - I guess you just overread it. ;)
---------------
Silas Level 53 He has some points here, but i guess he already left the clan?
I dont like the way the LEA is heading as well, but I am not that active anymore myself, so I shouldnt complain. XD
--------------
As I wrote I am not very active in this game anymore (not as I used to be), and compared to others in the LEA I have to admit to do nearly nothing, to help rebuilding the LEA, so I am in no position to bring up any demands or even complaints (since I am part of the problem I am bitching about myself). When I came to the LEA I was such a "newbie" with a WAY too big ego as well and probably still am. Please dont take harm were none is intended.
