Somewhere between 609092 and 613654 but less 609344 accounts created in all-time, assuming 84 accounts are created every day (as of 04 January 2016). It's still a little incomplete.

By clan member-only, I mean someone who is a member of a clan that hasn't made a map. Not recording memberships.
Edit: Small update on graphs, with the 2016 data included:
The sudden increases at 29/09/14 aren't a typos that I've made; they're inconsistencies. On the above graph, where it's blank, I don't have any data for that day or very few accounts were created on that day.
