AN HONEST CLAN ADVERTISEMENT: AOE

( NOTE: If you think my opinion is biased please Tell me so because I desperately tried not too be )

AN INTRODUCTION TO AOE:

SHORT HISTORY

AOE was originally Founded by A member of The Clan Viking. After being contacted by The Conservative, He Decided to give the clan to him because he wanted to see it succeed. After a short recruitment period, The Clan Began Controversial Recruitment Spree which when finished had accumulated around 50 members in less then two months. Even though AOE is relatively known for its low profile on Drama, they have had there fair share of Forum Wars and Scandals. The best known Scandal was when a Recruitment Officer in AOE ( he shall not be named ) accidentally invited WOLF members to the clan. After a long and very Complicated Spitting War between the clan leaders, AOE vowed to not invite WOLF members while Wolf Did the same. Besides that and a few public forum wars, AOE has never gone through a Major time of turmoil, Hijacking, or Revolution. ( mostly because they haven't been around that long ) it's theme is Athens.


AOE GOVERNMENT:

AOE's government had been the subject of Much debate, usually centering around how effective it actually is. The Government Consists of a Senate, The Head Practor, And the Practors. The Senate And Head Practor Decide The big clan decisions through a sorta Congress Style of doing things while the head Practor Carries out the decisions of The Senate and runs the clan day to day. The practors are members of the clan given special Jobs such as recruitment, Training, And forum Order. the closest modern Form of Government to compare AOE with is a slash between a Republic and a Constitutional monarchy. AOE ( to my knowledge ) is the only Warlight clan that runs a representative form of government. They however were not the first to try. WOLF'S, After Dark ( I think ) and others all tried in vain to Create a Republic but each time it failed. AOE, has recently overcome the downfall of most republics....the first elections. AOE successful carried them out in an orderly fashion and the transfer of power went about smoothly.


CRITICISM:

AOE is mainly Criticized for being more idealistic then reality Based. Critics of there government, say that AOE will eventually kill itself because of its government. Others say there members are rather arrogant about being part of the only Warlight Republic and it's been said that members actively recruitment from other Clans. Whether or not this is true, it's also a fact AOE has been responsible for a couple of public forum wars usually in defence of there clan. It's also said they're actively isn't as good as they say but that still remains a question of debate

While I think this is a good idea, I Hate When People Write With A Cap On Every Word. It's really annoying and if you want to seem professional, dont' do it.

What did you think about the report? Do you think it was accurate?

Disclaimer- This may come off as slightly rude but it all feedback you should welcome.

First of all why didn't you sent it to people you know for advice because this thread feels like a critique thread. Also it's not a clan advertisement so much as a review in the 'under the microscope' style. Still good effort [I reread and get this now]

Formating
Primarily the formating ruined your post (I deliberately made this post in an easier format). You have used full capitals for the rating which is almost impossible to read or at least enjoy reading. Your placement of capitals in the middle of sentence is sloppy and make for an discomftable read.

Example:

A is wrong as is capital H and D ect


Overcomplification

Now I know this was done to be helpful but It adds bumf to the text that's not needed.

All pointless text... The descriptions are quite wordy in a bad sense as well. Though does the job I suppose.

Good Points coming soon (at least tomorrow) and I assume you there are several :D

TL;DR good effort while could be biased from my information looks solid AOE = B+ to A- tier Diplo clan in my limited experience if CORP and Rp (<just guessing but whenever you see Rp I imagine them to be Good) are A* or A+ I dunno.

There's some other shite I kinda wish I didn't do the big post before because now I've got to write much more of other stuff

Also put the clan name in the title!!!

And sorry for this all in a way it started out as essential advice for your series to work but them it fjajfmsk
