There are many reasons why ALTs are created for. For example , trolling ALTs etc. But what drives people to make an alt?

maybe you would like to see what is like in other clans or something

you want to challenge yourself by reseting and starting over but incase you change your mind, you haven't lost everything

To join multiple clans.

needed accounts to test the CLOTs, ended up using them as byes on realtime tournaments aswell.

To join 2v2 and 3v3 ladders with them.

@Onoma , doing that is legal but why would one do that they have to level up their ALTs to level 51 or 54 to achieve a result

As it has been said before, those dedicated can level up their alts to level 54~ in a few days.

Yeah you can get an alt to RT ladder in a day.

Or you win coins and buy memberships so you don't have to level up.

^ You would be level 54 well before getting 3500 coins, assuming you are not playing level 5 players and you play 50 coin games at a 60% win rate.

hm.

well, i'm sure everyone is different, but i personally like to be part of multiple communities to see more people. harder to do that with one account. and if I ever want to practice team games, to see how my strategies will work out, well, my alts will not really argue with me :P
