since 101 there hasn't been a 1v1 and 2v2 in the same weekend potato, think it's mostly since nobody can really stream on sundays although i might be wrong with that

Do these templates have to be pure skill or can there be some sort of luck involved?

they can have luck involved. even prefered. the pure skill picking stage we try to avoid. better just put it 0%sr cycle in case you want to minimize luck
