Also, are old Lifetime Memberships grandfathered in? It looks like the Lifetime Membership option no longer exists.

ok these are weird. I get the principal of them, but we can now own territories with 0 armies?
I'm playing a game now and there's like 0 armies in all the areas i own.
Seemingly these commanders are changing the game in more ways than i first thought
