But i was thinking more of one that would help a new player get used to new settings. (LD, MA, Commanders, anything else) Since Fizzer is trying to get newbies get used to these settings, I thought we could help him with creating the templates.

I think the templates shouldn't be so easy you can win the first time you play it, but maybe the second or third.

Maybe we can have a contest or something for each setting, idk.

Bonus points for maps that aren't already a single player template.

I made a sequel to that(https://www.warlight.net/Forum/112419-new-single-player-scenarios-2) by getting the templates of the original and finding some which were posted on the forum. The thread died quickly.

Will be putting out multi-day games for >30 to test the template. new versions will probably be coming.

Sounds interesting. I like the idea of developing more single player templates in general, and tutorial templates for specific settings sounds like a great idea, IMO. Contest idea sounds good too. If you organize a contest, I would recommend picking one specific setting at a time, like "The Local Deployment Tutorial Template Contest" etc. so that you can compare templates based on how well they demonstrate using the feature.
