Is anybody able to download the stored svg file through the warlight map editor? I'm trying to recover a previous version of a map in development but my browser just crashes when I try.

I can view the map and continue to edit territory names, connections and bonuses, etc. I just cant download the previously uploaded file.

Works fine for me.
What type of computer are you using, and what browser? This seems to be a software issue, not Warlight(At least I assume so)

Macbook Air 13-inch Mid 2013. Tried both Safari and Chrome which is why I thought it probably wasn't the software. Really strange. I was able to do this before. It's been a couple of months since but no idea why it won't let me anymore.

In Safari I click download stored SVG, then yes at the next prompt, and a window appears choosing where to save the file. I click save and it just hangs not doing anything. The window remains but unable to interact with it. The window prompt is the kind where it won't let me use the browser until it's gone so I'm forced to terminate the browser in the OS X version of Windows Task Manager.

In Chrome I click download stored SVG, then Yes at the next prompt, and it just does nothing. No window even appears for a save destination.

And you're right! It's not the software, which is odd- I was able to do so this morning, and can't see why it wouldn't work. Maybe this is just an issue for a few people, but I can't imagine why.... Try contacting support

It's not particularly urgent for me. I will wait to see if anyone else is or is not having this problem. We might be able to figure it out without bothering Fizzer. If everyone seems to have the same issue though, then it's a bug or something and I (or no doubt someone) will contact support.

It worked this morning?? I haven't been able to do it for the last couple days of trying. The last time I remember successfully using it was back in November so no idea when this problem even started. I thought it could be a bug in the recent update but not if you had it working this morning :/

Well, I'm working on a Europe- Hundred Years War map right now, and I back it up every day for quite an obvious reason- It's a very large map and I'd hate to lost my progress. This is the first I've heard of the error, but again, as long as I save it to the Warlight server and off of Inkscape, I should be fine. Like you said, not particularly urgent
