I have been thinking about this for a while:

What if there was some sort of inter-clan council, where representatives from multiple clans could share their ideas on developing activities and tournaments for multiple clans, creating a better reputation for clans, and to make the community of warlight better as a whole? I think doing something like this would prove helpful to help better organize the major clan tournaments, whether real time or multi-day, and provide a strong and helpful base for any person's ideas on clan activities.

I also believe that this group should also have an elected leader, to help keep the council united and focused.

In addition, I would feel that the representative, unless absolutely unavoidable, should not hold a leadership position in their clan if they were to join this council. The way this representative is chosen by the clan is up to the clan.

My initial thought was to have more representatives from more influential clans, but I felt like that would be too difficult to figure out. Another thought would be to have more representatives from larger clans, but that would be disproportionate as well, as a large clan does not necessarily mean its a good one. My final thought would be just to have one representative from each active clan, and to me, although it would be somewhat disproportional, would be the probably the simplest way to go about this.

Once this council would be set up, we could create a thread, with each clan posting their chosen representative. Changes in representatives could also be posted there. Any clan that does not post a representative would not get a representative. Plain in simple.

I am getting busy with school, so I would need help to set this up. However, once it is set up, if it is set up in the vision that I think it should be set up in, I would be unable to participate in it, as I am the director of the FCC, which is clearly a clan leadership position.

Intresting it's definitely doable the question is would it get anything done? Also If only representative go up then What info can be shared about running a clan when they don't run a clan?

Perhaps two people should go for the clan, the manager and someone else.

Hmmm... If we were to do this, like I said, I would need assistance in setting it up. Part of the deal is getting enough interest within the major clan circles and getting dedicated people to join it so that it can work. However, I think it would take a while to get the ball rolling, so patience is a virtue when we go ahead and try to develop this.

Thus, I need someone with good relations to the major clans, and their leaders, so that we can communicate them and see what there interest is. Otherwise, this proposal would not get very far.

What I would like to do is create a mail thread with all of the leaders of the clans, so I can discuss this with them. Once I am in communication with them, setting this up should be rather simple.

Well, lets see. Wolf, I understand that your clan is a startup, so for the time being, you can, but since you are a co-leader of the clan, you would have to give up the position when someone in your clan is capable to do so.

I am about to go into discussion on skype, so, we will see where it stands.
