Warlight is easily the BEST risk game ever its better than the actual board game the thing I cannot understand is why if I type into google "Great free risk games" its doesnt come up? We obviously need more people here but why doesnt this come up? :/ I feel WL isnt around as much even though its the best I heard of it by word of mouth. How can this be improved?

Google ranks sites based on a lot of factors, but one of the traditional big ones is link texts. My answer for "why it doesn't come up" is because not enough sites on the internet link to WarLight with those words.

i find it disappointing such a good game is hidden

It's hard for indie games to get noticed these days since there are so many of them.

The best answer is just to tell your friends. I've even added [incentive](http://warlight.net/ReferralProgram.aspx) to do so.

but many of my friends are idiots that couldn't get into the strategical depth this game has to offer.. and many of them don't have computers and/or internet connections..

I am in a similar situation to perrin my friends are complete and utter idiots when it comes to strategy or planning they would craash burn and die

Maybe someone should do a wikipedia entry? It could review and summarize several Risk-type games if anyone had some comparisons. Since wikipedia is always a top search return, it would be a way to get it visible for free.

Nice job making the artile Kalashnikov, but it needs to be written differently. You can't say biased things like saying it is "great" on wikipedia though. Someone should edit it so it will be accepted

There is a site called MetaFilter.com that I like. It's like a high-brow version of Fark.com. If you could get a thing on Fark.com --- forget you'll be made... But metafilter would be more appropriate in terms of audience.
