What's your opinion on tattoos?

Are they the marks of slaves? Or a medium of art?

Also do you have any tattoos and if so what are they?

Personally I think they are almost always shit. They also seem to be rather addictive, how many people have you seen with just one tattoo? Not many at all.

I have seen people with only one, but it's usually a very small one.

It just seems weird to see people with tattoos. It's odd to see that kind of permanent adjustment to your body. Luckily Judaism bans tattoos, which I agree with not because it's religious law, but because it just feels uncomfortable wondering "why on Earth did you get a tattoo of a dragon all across your arm?"

And they're hideous. I don't think they should be banned, but I do wish less people did it.

Personally I see nothing wrong with tattoos as long as they don't distract a person (as in they are not overly excessive). I think tattoos are a personal symbol and can be meaningful as long as they aren't generic.

I don't understand people who criticize those for tattoos for being immoral though :P

Are you talking about the 'cosmetic' scars you can get. Stupid really and presumably very painfull.

Well, it depends. I personally dislike them, but I wont stop someone from getting one.

I think if you get a scar naturally they look pretty good, but fake/forced ones are mental

I mean as in being attacked by a bear an now you have scars. Those kind.

I mean, horrible disfiguring scars are bad, but a little slash across the cheek is rather devilish
