Too vague of a question. What is the persons' class, education level, IQ, sex, race etc? If it was an upper class white male with an IQ of 140 and a college level education he probably wouldn't have as a difficult a time adjusting as someone from a lower income bracket of the same time or from a rural area. A black person from that time would probably be very pleased with the progress we have made towards equal treatment under the law. There are a lot of other examples I could think of along those lines but thats just a couple quick examples I could think of off the top of my head.

Most of the things people have posited as something someone would wonder about are trivial in nature. Someone from that time period is more likely to wonder which countries are/aren't in existence and what new technological marvels have become common place. Events they're more likely to be interested in are the rise of radical islam in the west. The marxist ideologies that have taken root in the media and in our public institutions. The fall of the USSR. Computers, phones and televisions. Gaming consoles and general cultural shifts. Shifts involving minorities would be especially surprising to someone of that era.
