When this website, being international, does not operate under laws you may be accustomed to. There is no free speech, there's free-ish speech, up to a limit as determined by the owner, Fizzer. You did an action, and in his view, that violated the rules, and so you were removed. There is no court of appeals, there is no trial. One strike and you're out.

Also, not fascist, just dictatorship. It would require extreme nationalism and militarism to be fascist.

wierd these forum rules where you can say anything racist, fascist, heinous, bigoted, and get away with it. But a suggestive harmless picture is a no go. I'd do it the other way around.

I don't even want to read any thread that he has posted in for fear that his image might be cartoon child porn which is criminal to intentionally possess in the US where I live in.

I just want to point out that, as long as no actual minor was involved in the production of the cartoon, such images are actually legal in the US (as far as I can tell, but I'm not a lawyer, so grain of salt...). So, I believe your fears over the legality of this for your situation (note, I'm saying nothing of the morality of it) are unnecessary.

Yes, I made too broad a statement. However, if you check the link in my previous comment, you'll see that 18 USC 1466A has had some portions of it overturned, so it is more of a 'grey area' than 'certainly illegal'. But yes, it's not worth debating the fine-grained details of it on a forum like this.
