Do the ladders reset every 30 days or something? or just go for eternity?

The ladder only counts games that finished within the last 3 months.

So will these games actually disapear from our ladder page? or just the rankings they represent?

They'll still be listed, they just won't count towards your rating. They'll have a message on them letting you know they've expired.
