My sister and I started playing this game via the google hangouts app and it came with most settings and cards unlocked just not a large selection of maps. We started playing here on the site to have the access to additional maps but most settings and cards are not unlocked for us. Is there a guide or something that would tell us at which level we will unlock particular settings and cards? I did try looking on the wiki but only saw the different cards I didn't really see which level would unlock each one maybe I just over looked it.

You didn't overlook it. A list doesn't exist (yet?)

There will be one released eventually. There was a major overhaul recently in version 2.0 that added a ton of unlocks for non-members with the introduction of the levels/point system, and Fizzer wanted to refrain from making official guides/lists of achievements until people had a chance to level up and experience them firsthand.
