I hope you are enjoying the new Single-Player tab. I wanted to explain a little more about it, since single player games work differently than multi player.
Single player games take place entirely within your browser. This means that if you close the window, or navigate away to a different page, that your in-progress single player game is gone. This is fundamentally different from multi-player games which persist on the server.
One player pointed out that the text on the bottom is mis-leading. Only the results of your games are saved, not in-progress games. I will update this text to make it clearer.
Also, the Single Player tab can only have one active game at any time, so if you create a new single player game, it will overwrite your last one.
Also, some fun challenges:
- Try to win Level 2 in fewer than 16 turns
- Try to win Level 3 in fewer than 20 turns
- Try to win Challenge 1 at all!
- Nobody has won Challenge 2 yet - can you be the first?!
yeah, 1v6 is pretty harsh. But maybe thats why its there cause he doesn't want something where everyone can beat it. I think he's hoping for 1%-2% of the warlight players to beat that challenge.
I actually beat Challenge 2 on my first try. I didn't know I was supposed to lose! I actually found it to be moderately challenging.
Now Challenge 3, Insane, that one I'm struggling with! I can get control of Africa, South America, a little of North America, Europe, Large parts of Asia, but no more than that. I am then slowly driven back.
Challenge 2 was what the Insane challenge used to be called. And it used to be quite a bit more difficult than it is now (to the point of being, in all likelihood, impossible to beat).
