Equality in America has failed? yeah your gong to have to explain that to me but without your usual insulting manner and making sure its not an article, just a brief summery.


From What I have seen, a lot of people are going overboard with something that is good. In Other words, like if you eat too much candy or if you have too much welfare or if you have to free of a market or too much freedom which leads to anarchy. Just because you want more of something good, does not mean the end result will be that way. A perfect American example would be unions. Liberals led the fight for worker equality ( though, they cant take full credit ) and ended up with creating a massive amount of unions which increased worker equality. The problem was, over the course of many years, eventually the unions gained wayyyyyyyyy to much power to the point where today unions make up a large some of political donations. Democrats have turned what was supposed to be a group of workers fighting for a good wage and lunch breaks into multi billion dollar mega unions that cripple towns and fund democrat campaigns.




Detroit, what used to be the car factory of the world, died in part because while the company owners were in debt, the unions got greedy and basically took down the car companies and it got the point where nobody wanted to start projects or even move to Detroit. Today, its an extremely sad place to drive through and the outskirts are basically a ghost town. Unions have there place, but being greedy, forcing non union members to join you by making it a living hell not too, and not considering the fact that if you get too big of a pay check today, there will be no job tomorrow, is not there place.



My point? Just because people throw around terms like " Free healthcare! " or " Equality for everyone!! " or " Complete freedom! " doesn't mean it will work, or that its possible, or that the end result will be as good as it sounds

I don't see myself as poorly off- and frankly, my family is (pretty unquestionably) one of the 1% poorest families in America.

I'd actually say America has more of a problem of money *mismanagement* and overpopulation in some areas while other areas with more job oppurtunities is underdeveloped.

That was all socialism - folk almost always had rubli, renmimbi, or pesos. Communism has no money.

It has where it's been applied (none of those countries you listed, although I definitely would not call most them failures since socialism, anyway). The Paris commune I think could be thought as true communist; if it was, it is the biggest communist country in the modern times.

Hmm.... Ethiopia, the only nation in Africa that was able to resist colonisation? (and was invaded by conquered by Italy before WW2).

1, that was before the communists came to Ethiopia (it was still a kingdom), 2, the Ethiopian military was very weak, when contrasted to other African countries, it's forces were relatively many, but divided and very weak. They defend themselves as well they did mostly since they were fighting a defensive war on mountainous territory with a pretty big population. That's why Italy was only able to get not-very-mountainous Eritrea on the beach.

Why don't you tell me what is so terrible about income disparity? Folk always cite it, but there's nothing wrong about it itself - on the other way, it can be cited as more motivation to work hard.

Communism in its true form is impossible because it requires people not to act like people. Therefore, an authoritarian govt is necessary, and that is where problems arise.
