Keep all the same settings as current ladder, but make it multi-attack + nosplit.

With commanders, of course.

Oh, and 0 army neutrals. Wastelands are overrated, but if you have to include them make sure to put in complete fog + auto distribution, to balance the game correctly. Can't go wrong with that.

If I have time I'll submit a test game of these settings soon.
