I was wondering if anyone here is good at digital art and can help me out?

The clan I'm in is looking to change their icon from the cute pyramid, to something more "cool" looking.. but we are having difficulty finding a good icon because everything we find is either too small or poor quality when shrunken.

Most of the guys are looking for an icon that's black and white, and reads the letters "NWO". That's the best description I can give. As long as it looks nice, and is 21x15 in size I think everyone or mostly everyone will be very happy with it! :)

So if anyone good at designing icons can help out I would be so grateful, and if there is any way I can repay you for helping us I will try to do so. :) So please send me a message if you're willing to help out because I don't check the forum much. Thank you!
