Why dont you make a thread about everyone else's threads that seem unnecessary or would THAT be unnecessary?

He's got a point hidden hand. The more you spam recruitment threads the more people will get annoyed ... you can ask General Arun about that :p

well we have annoyed people by sending out tons of invites,
so i figured we owed them an apology and thats what i was trying to do.
so....sorry for the apology XD

also its going to be a huge hurtle to get over the 20 considering one of their members has the highest level in the game and is a top point earner, makes it difficult for new clans to move up in the ranks.

You may be high ranked in points, but you are the lowest in quality.
Quality not quantity my fellow Warlighter. I can guarantee your 98 members vs say Ahol, you would lose. Even that, most your members are inactive :/

This is another reason the "ranking" should be average points and not total.

If it is working via friendlist, a simple blacklist does the trick.

The thing you gotta love about trolls, they take the heat off of previously established trolls.

So, the solution is to blacklist the creator of this thread? Then we won't be on his friend list? And he won't be able to invite us to his cult?

You want first place in the clan order. What will that prove? As long as the order can be dictated by the number of players in a clan, as opposed to the skill level of players (quality, not quantity as Futility mentioned), I do not consider the clan order to be of any importance.

Even if the clans were judged by the average amount of points I still would not set much store by the order.Think, if that were the case then point-grabbing fools who play nothing but lottery games could top the chart if they so choose (not mentioning any names... *cough*Weisblut*cough*).

Therefore, the point system (in the capacity of showing skill)can be bypassed, without much trouble. Nobody should get het up about the order as it would be very difficult to get an accurate measure of a clan's average skill level. There are many loopholes, which can, and will, be manipulated to send any cunningly devised order awry.

with time the amount of points will probably reflect some degree of ability to play the game, as the newcomers will probably be quite low in points and will probably stop playing just for points once they get around lvl 51. if you look at illuminati their player with the highest amount of points is lvl 43 and their 10th is lvl 30, while their 10th, counting from the bottom is lvl 3... thats their problem, if someone like me and a couple other players joined them they would get to #1 quite fast

Right but we dont want trolls, we want new, regular and happy players.
Sure we could bug a bunch of lvl 50's to join.

You should hear what all the players are saying about the other clans who think they are better then everyone else because they have been playing longer and have more points.

why would I want terrible player trolls with high levels when I can have the respect of the average player for not limiting my group to a bunch of other stuck up, grandfather accounts with terrible players at the helm?
