I don't find value in extra vacations (I have only used 1 so far in 4 years, and it was for 2 weeks).

Fizzer has said he won't do anything that will give an in game advantage. Other options he could do:

-color/hash options
-members only forum (maybe with exclusive content from Fizzer?)
-ability to vote on seasonal ladder templates
-extra uservoice votes

^ I'd already be happy if fizzer would implement uservoice stuff that isn't on his immediate roadmap anyways. No need for more votes if voting is useless anyways.

Map making perks would be a plus for a lot of people.
