Hi,
I wondered if an 'attack only' command is counted as a move even if there is no move observed, as the destination is a friendly one when the command is ordered...

If no move occurs for an attack-only where the target is your own spot or a transfer-only to a spot that isn't yours anymore -- it does NOT count as a move. Same with a transfer of armies where you don't actually have any armies to transfer. I still see players doing allof these moves in an effort to delay, however they have no effect.

I don't believe it counts as a move if it's not observed. I would assume that it acts the same as the Transfer Only move that acts that way.
