I decided I would read the Terms of Service and I stumbled upon a thing that says

"2. Eligibility
2.1 United States. To be eligible to register and create an authorized My Warlight account ("Account"), You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States, including the District of Columbia, and may not be a firm, business entity or institution. By using this Website and Service, You represent and warrant that You have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of these Terms and Conditions. Warlight reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse service and access to any potential participant."

Does this mean that anyone who is under the age of 13 is subject to a ban or suspension?

well yes but that is by american law not some other countrys

So any American person who goes against this is subject to suspension?

It's not surprising, as this is an American website, that we're all covered under US law in regards to ToS.

I think that's also why it's so stict on things like porn, the USA is very squeamish when it comes to anything related to sex...

And yeah, Zenvue, I've known a person who posted their age on the forums (12), someone noticed it and he got a ban.

I definitely know there is another person who is 12 (even says it in their profile) and they havent gotten banned

I first joined a couple of months after I turned 13, so I was pretty safe.
