OK folks, I am collecting template ideas. Anyone in the clan league can submit them here, but if they are not strategic, they will not be considered. I will give 1 week from now to submit entries. Those entries (along with the current list) will be pared down into a manageable list (removing similar/overlapping templates) that clan league A leaders will rank.
Please ask no other questions on Clan League, I will post an update on rules, etc soon in a new thread. This is for template stuff only.
Please post these 3 things (will make compiling faster) 1) template name and # of players 2) template link 3) a game on that template
Also, you can propose tweaks to the current list. Like if there is a setting that makes it better. The best variant (say East Asia 3v3) will be chosen by the panel. So if we have 6 submissions for EA 3v3, only 1 will be chosen to be ranked. This way the 6 variants do not split votes (and thus the templates have no chance of being adopted).
As far as the ranking process, ALL templates will be given a score by each clan leader in A. Highest total points determines which are chosen. So if we have 15 3v3 templates, they will rank all 15, with 15 being their most desired and 1 being least. Each team size will be ranked separately (with top score = # of templates).

As I mentioned earlier this is the most strategic version of RoR. 5 picks of 5 also works well but 4 picks means that the team needs to be more organised as to where they are going, the random warlord distribution also means that the same picks won't be taken and every game is different.
