Yeah, that is true, I'm kind of bad at it. But it's just not even fun. I like some gamemodes and settings that I'm bad at, but the ladder games just are boring and slow, yet don't last more than a few turns. I want long-lasting, equal games in which the tide can be turned even when you seem to be doing a winning rush.
