Thank goodness she survived to have learned her lesson. Hopefully, she will be more careful about her (and her son's) handling of firearms in the future.

I knew it, brainless people can't get smart overnight.

In this circumstance, I actually agree with TeamGuns.

If you aren't smart enough to keep guns AWAY FROM a 4 year old.... you shouldn't own a gun.

They say they're investigating how the 4 year old came into possession of the loaded weapon.

There is a legal saying of: res ipsa loquitor which means, it speaks for itself.

Any investigation is a complete waste of time. The toddler got the gun ONLY through the negligence of the gun owner. That child must be placed in a safe environment.

I'm all for the 2nd amendment, but this is just stupid.
