One of the best animes ever. The anime basically tells the story of the Elric brothers who are searching for information on how to get their bodies back, after having lost parts of their body in an effort to resurect their dead mother. The anime really explores the concept of God, humans and morality. Plus it has character who esentially is a swordwielding Hitler.

^The first FMA is awesome, but not as awesome as FMA:B. I would watch the first FMA to get a good dose of awesome. After I watched it, I didn't think Brotherhood could outclass it, but I was wrong.

The name also makes no sense since Akame ain't even the main character and does nothing as a side character except not die.

Yes... and Akame is pretty much the ONLY important character who doesn't die.

Well, it's a sort of mystery anime that can be found on Kissanime.to (which is a really good stream btw). It's where I got the abandoned school mystery, if you can think back that far, as well as the "Impossibly Possible" riddle. The name has meaning to it. It's a lame pun, really.

Edit: If you are suddenly able to watch subs one day, watch Hyouka.
