Are heroin dealers in Glasgow strapped with Airguns or something? Are there Scots doing drive-bys with airguns? Most killings in Scotland are with knives and other sharp things, so why the hell are you banning recreational devices for?

Some heroine addicts in Glasgow have been shooting babies with air guns. Knives actually have other functionalities, like being used in the kitchen. You can't walk around with a knife though. We shouldn't be holding weapons of death in our hands like it's normal. You must have a license to use an air gun here and I agree with that.

You can hit a baby with a weight, does that mean we should regulate weights? The Scottish politicians are such crybabies, blame all of their problems on England and regulate everything that looks scary.

If you want to stop violence, go to the actual root of the violence instead of continuously regulating things. So a heroin addict shot a kid? Go and fix your heroin problem, so you don't have homicidal addicts with whatever they can get their hands on. This is the exact same shit politicians in Chicago do, and all it is is fucking feel good tripe politicians do that keeps crime at a high. This apathy on the part of politicians to actually do something is disgusting. Maybe if those cowardly wretches did something, they could convince me that maybe government can do good things. But I digress. What's happening in Scotland is pure stupidity that begs the government to protect you (while you say it simultaneously oppresses you, as a Scot), while they don't do anything about the root cause of the violence.

It's been normal since the dawn of time, and it is still normal now, if you're serious about not being hurt, in many places.

Don't get rid of our heroine. The industry employs a lot of bums. We must keep heroine. It's essential for Scotland.

Also, weights have alternative uses. Guns have no alternative use than killing people: even air-guns. Recreational use of death weapons is not normal.

Guns can be used to defend yourself , from example, heroin addicts. And recreational use for guns is most definitely normal.

I love how americans think the only way to keep the world safe is to allow every person to have a deadly weapon lol... That's a silly argument, don't try to push other countries to do so.

No my solution to this problem is actually fixing Scotland's gun problem and not ignoring it. My solution to a heroin addict charging me with a knife? Shot placement.

When you dont allow people to have weapons there will be those people who know how to make them and those that know how to get them and those weapons in the wrong hands will be turned against more people... You can never stop people from using guns for bad purposes and the logic of giving more weapons to sane people is a good one. When you give weapons to people who wont use them for wrong doing then that discourages those that will to not even try it.

I sure as hell wouldn't walk into someone's house knowing they have a gun somewhere.

People get robbed because we have a crime problem, not a gun problem. And robberies mostly happen in places that, ironically, have a very constrictive gun policy, like Chicago for example. People don't rob because they have a gun, they rob because they need money. This nonsense gun policy in the "1st world" (we get it, Western Europe is the only place in the entire world) does nothing. Anyways, blame your problems with your heroin addiction on England, ban pictures of guns and pat yourselves on the back for a job not done.

Europe cares about its people so much it takes away their ability to defend themselves and lets them slowly poison themselves with drugs.

So humanitarian. Clearly they are the ethical masters of the world and we must all march in lockstep.

To be frank, very few countries in Europe have legalised any drugs for fun other than tobacco and alcohol, and you can't kill somebody else with a drug - whoever you kill with drugs, it's fully their fault, not yours, since they consented and said yes, I want to ruin my life with drugs. With guns, there all too often isn't consent.

The point is that the Europeans do a nothing to prevent crime and violence, then pat themselves on the back. Same with the politicians in Chicago and California.

TeamGuns, guns aren't the only thing that can kill you... "Weapon of death" is redundant grammatically and makes no sense.

Airguns aren't weapons, they're toys. They are intended to be fired at people just like throwing a dodge ball at someone. You can kill a baby with just about anything including a dodge ball or an air gun. See shaken baby syndrome.
