How do you pronounce th properly?

it's always frustrating for me to say words with the because my dialect doesn't have them.

My th sound is diffent depending on the letter that appears before or after it.



E after the th as in words like:

The
Then
Plathera

The th will be pronounced as a (d)

R after the th in words like

Three

The th will be pronounced as a (t)

E before the th in words like

Teeth

The th will be pronounced as either a (t) or (D)

I after the th in words like

This

Will be pronounced as a (z) or (D)

Any way to fix the mispronunciations ?
