would it be possible to get a setting to allow airlifting to neutrals?

From an immersion perspective, one could see this as "supporting the guerillas/democratic opposition/freedom fighters" whatever.

Gameplay-wise, in certain situations it would allow you to hinder an opponent's expansion.

Opinions?

That's... pretty interesting. Transferring troops to neutral territories to "beef them up". Hmmm.

That sounds pretty cool. I think it should be customisable, like with the spy card though.
