I was walking down the street today when I saw some little kdis that were like 7-10 having a water gun fight. It was funny to watch, and I remember when I was a little kid I loved water gun fights like that.

Then all of a sudden, one of the girls yelled out, "What the fuck???"

I was shocked. I mean, I really didn't expect a little girl to use a curse word like that.

At first, I just wrote it off. Then, when I was walking back home, one of the boys (he looked like 9 or 10) suddenly started shouting "DIE FUCKING BITCH! DIE FUCKING BITCH! DIE FUCKING BITCH!" over and over again. Thats what really shocked me.

What's happening to America today, that we have little kids that are really that foulmouthed? I mean, I don't exactly live in a good or even nice neighborhood.... but still...

It's really sad. I understand teens liking to curse, but 7 year olds shouldn't even know those words.

The problem you're experiencing is called moral relativism. The philosophical constructs of a secular society promote tiers of moral gradation whereby what is right and wrong is not black and white. People make excuses for what was traditionally seen as absolutely right and wrong. What you're also seeing is the effect of "free parenting philosophy" where parents don't spend that much time or effort inculcating decent moral values of right and wrong and how to act in society.
