So I am from the U.S. and I play in the U.S. but currently my profile is saying I am playing from Germany... Not quite sure what is wrong or if it is my problem or a server problem...

The flag is done with your IP address.
So either you are using a proxy or for some reason your computer is set up with a Germany IP address.
