The amount of effort it'd take to shove in an extra clan that isn't participating is far too big for no reason at all. Felidae is still an alt clan, and promises to be so for a long time (clan does zero recruitment other than forums (low results, if any) or alt accounts).

For Felidae to be even valid to participate in RPCL, first off, you have to fix that.

That's a pretty obvious exploit, one that (thankfully) no clans in RPCL used so far to cheat scores - trust won. RPCL's goal is not full-fledged competition, but to allow players in RP clans to have a taste of competitive gameplay without hindering their clan's main CL score (see: CORP/TJC's rosters).

If trust isn't enough to ensure clans will legitmately bring in RP-based players who want to step into the competitive world, then changing the ruleset in order to avoid it will be needed, and you'll effectively only delay/damage RPCL3. So, please, don't have us need to leave the trust-based zone.

In fact, that's why we don't allow alts in - because we don't want the many, many exploits to get competitive-based players joining in and ruining the purpose of the competition. Since wouldn't find a way to allow them without opening up many exploits, we just didn't allow any, at all, hurting players who do diplomacy and strat on different accounts, as well as those who just have an alt they use as much as their main.

Also, worth adding that "unranked observers" would still be ranked in the game tourneys. And every extra teams make it way more confusing to handle. If all you want is to just have a fun competition against all RPCL clans, why not message their leaders/PoCs and challenge them to your own matches? Much less work on the long run, since inviting people to games is much, much easier than inviting to tourneys.

Why you want to observe RPCL with Felidae if you can play it with TJC?

You're not the person to judge this. The person who runs the league has leverage over whether they want the main account to be known or not. In Clan League, the main account must be known and the same person cannot participate under multiple accounts, although they can participate under an alt. In RPCL we have a blanket-ban right now, and Zeph explained well why it is that way.

I'm not sure why many people do not join Felidae though.

Unsmart recruitment. Forum recruitment will never get you anywhere. You have to actually go make games and get people in the clan.

@Zephyrum Well I'm not saying that Felidae necessarily will swap in some mains for RPCL3 though a rule banning it probably should be added, like an RPCL player must be a main that has existed in the RP clan for at least 1 month and no one might join an RP clan from another clan and reverts to that clan for the purpose of participating in RPCL.

We don't want to rely on these rules, but on trust, and by talking to the leaders of said clans. So far, no big incidents happened, but in the imminency of one, we might have to work on something. There's no point in working on a system - that isn't controlled by robots - and that should be as simple as RP-based players doing strat for a change.

@Carlos I'm not going to personally play as Chatul in Felidae. It is mostly for people such as The Dalek, Spot, etc. They are not from RP clans..:-) We have several good players.

Both of which are alts which cannot participate in RPCL. In fact, one of them should be working on getting a move on CL8, not attempting to get involved where he doesn't belong to inflate his ego...

I'm just looking for ways to popularize Felidae meow.

Personal advice here:
Make games. Recruit people. Do what clans normally do. Self-advertising on the forums are only going to make people perceive you as "annoying", "weird" and "trollish". Only one clan grew to be big/good/fun grew by forum recruiting and self-advertising, and that's the Wacos. Unless your goal is to be Wacos 2.0 with a different theme, a method change is due.

EIC didn't lose any games throught the week and banked in 5 more wins. Clearly unstoppable at this point - the odds are against the rest.

Español had a solid performance, and is keeping up a decent-ish pace. They still have some room to grow, but have to start worrying because they might get behind...

USSR is behind Español in score, but the max points are tilted in their favor. At their rate of growth, catching up is very possible, even probably. Esp has to tighten up their last few games or might risk losing the promotion!

The Dacians had another "meh" week, and are quite safe from relegation having a large gap in both points and max points compared to the ones below them. Not much else to say.

Royal Empire passed Entente in points, but sacrificed their score badly in the proccess. With abysmal losses, they can only avoid relagation IF the Dacians lose EVERY game from now on, they win EVERY single one, and Entente gets some pretty bad scores.

Royal Entente didn't change much; rather, RoyEmp did by playing faster (and losing faster). Their score is behind by only 1, compared to a brutal 13 points difference. De facto, Royal Entente is far ahead of Royal Empire.

We're getting close to the end of this. Rejoice! Updates will be less frequent at this point because most tourneys ended and the few remaining ones will take some time to change the standings much.

Wolves are not locked in a podium spot: {rp} could take it from them still; as could Juggernauts. 3rd is still up for grabs! Regardless, congratulations to Semicedevine for winning MME, and along with Fleecemaster, about to win Guiroma.

{rp} are struggling so hard to stay in Division A, and so far, it is working! Can they get a podium spot? Can they save themselves for 4th? Or will Juggernauts make a last second comeback to sweep {rp} down a division? Who knows! Congratulations to Ranek for winning Ancient Greece.

Juggernauts have had a late-season disaster, which may result in them getting relegated. No tourney wins here, but congrats to smiley, Luna, Tabby and DR. Love for all winning 3 games in their tourneys (Luna winning 6 so far in total, with potential for 7!)

On the note of games left, USSR clearly plays considerably slower, as they are the cause for most of the remaining games. In fact, 3/4 of the 2v2s and 4/7 of the 3v3s left (total 7/11 games) are USSR games. For extra detail, see this:

There's no Division C, but if we did have one, clearly the Royal Duo would relegate together, as both of them are quite far behind Dacia's 4th "my-ass-is-clear-from-relegation" spot. Hell, for Royal Entente to take their spot, they'd have to win all of their games. If Dacia wins a 3v3, the 5 points are enough, and pop goes their hopes. Dacia's only game that would still keep their score under 51 (RoyEntente's current max) is, funny enough, against Royal Entente, which would drop their max down and guarantee their "relegation" spot. If Royal Entente wins all their games except one of the 3v3s, and Dacia loses all three of their games, they will tie in Score and W/L ratio; and if that happens, Ox and I will have to make an emergency meetup on how to decide the fourth place. Royal Empire is already a guaranteed fifth or lower.

Personally, I think TJC kinda just got bored. Doing the same thing over and over gets tedious, along with having a bunch of practice games ahead of time. But Carlos and I should win the 3rd on that roman imperium map
