New games are *always* above 100 złoty - that's basically the minimal price. Fable III I have just found here[1] for 130 złoty, and it says they have a promotion and the regular price is 200.
Even The Witcher II (which is $50 on Amazon as well) costs 95 / 120 zł[2], and well, that game was developed by a Polish company and (I think) in Poland.
To summarize - basically, "international" stuff costs here almost exactly as much as it "should" by currency conversions (Google says $1 is currently 2.80 złoty) or a bit more. However, Poles earn a lot less than, say, Americans - simplifying, around 4 times less.
Just take a look at this table: [3] - the first list is minimum wages in several countries as of July 2010, the next (the colorful one) is hourly wage, monthly wage and the Big Mac Index[4].
