What about the Olympic Games this year? Aren't they in Rio? It is really bizarre but I did not heard anything about this particular event...

It's going to continue, nobody's gonna change that. We don't fuck with international events.

Can't speak for ISIL, though, which is sending a couple threats in our way recently.

About stock exchanges and the dollar/real ratio, everytime Dilma gets closer to leave power, the market and the ratio do better...

That's how bad market confidence is on the PT lol.

Olympic Games is a step higher than Football World Cup, so this is quite weird we do not hear at all about this event which is going to be held in Brazil.

As for ISIL I do not believe Brazil is a target, it is more likely Europe will be the main target again alongside the US, and as you may know, the UEFA competition is organized in France this summer.

^Neh, I'm pretty sure organizing the world cup was more expensive. The olympics are easier to do, it's all in one city for instance...

More expensive in a Brazilian context (since they always favoured football more than any other sports), but if you compare for example Chinese spending it is clearly not the same thing. And at the end, Olympic Games are a more prestigious event than the Football World Cup.

Not when your country values soccer over everything. We actually shoot people who root for the other team after games in the stadiums.

An ISIL member personally sent a threat to Brazil saying "you're next".

More funny, however, is that recently an ISIL phone number from Ghana used for recruiting was leaked and it got spammed with junk memes on it's whatsapp profile.

If you're curious about the dankness of it, turn on google translator and enjoy the ride: https://www.facebook.com/diegoguedis/media_set?set=a.1197663073624919.1073741829.100001437127127&type=3

The World Cup is miles bigger than the Olympics. Over 1 billion people viewed the final alone.

After that ISIL threat begun, there was so much trolling arround it lol:

- Fuck, ISIS threatened us! it would be a shame if they discovered that the coordinates of Brasilia (our capital) were 15°47′38″S 47°52′58″W!

- Fuck, ISIS threatened us! it would be a shame if they discovered that our most racist and anti-muslim politician is called Jair Bolsonaro, and that this is his picture:

and it went on for some time :D

Lol, maybe I'm being full acre here, but I honestly never saw him making an islamophobic (sensible) statement. Not defending him; he isn't too bright indeed, but he gets a lot of hate that honestly should be going to a couple other names.

I wouldn't doubt he is islamophobic, but I was just copying the comment I read, I'm not sure if he is one...
