There's a achievement that you beat the single player tutorial in three turns so can anyone know how to get the Tutorial achievement

Do a search for "Tutorial Breaker"... I'm sure you'll find something. ;)

I have the same problem, I beat it in 3 turns but I don't get the achievement. Rather annoying.

if i remember well it workes like that:
1) follow the normal tutorial
2) then continue with africa
3) then start again and only go africa

i'm not sure but i think i did it that way

In order to manage for 3 turns only, you must only go for Africa, and leave Europe. Search for it in YouTube, and you'll figure out what I mean. :)

Speaking of single player levels, I have managed to beat level 2 in only 13 turns (the star is for 14)... just out of curiosity, has this happened to anybody else?

Yeah I did it in twelve but I think it can be done in 10.
