Trump isnt self-funded, that's another myth he tries to make ppl buy-in. I didn't even needed to go too far to find that:
His campaign site has not only one, BUT TWO DONATION BUTTONS!!
Total data from his campaign:
So, he's funded by at least 25% from donations, 3 million comming from large individual contributions (2700$ max contribution). And this rate hasn't stoped raising since the beginning of the campaign, I doubt he will end this in november with that rate if he wants to beat Hillary. Oh, and he also got 2.7kk from Pacs/SuperPacs (that outside groups).
Also his campaign is $35,926,174 dollars in-debt, funny enough, most of the debt is from his own companies, because he's not putting money in, he's lending it to his own campaign. I read an article saying that his real contribution to his own campaign was arround 500k, the rest is only debt.
Oh btw, that money donated to his own campaign will eventually be used to pay his campaign debts, or actually is being used, since he has less than 2kk cash on hand from the total 12kk he got from donations. So basically he's making profit from his campaign. There goes the "fighting wall-street behaviour" argument.
