Depends on how tough the dragon is. Without the dragon the Marines would win.

Edit: A hellfire missile should get the job done against the dragon.

A well trained bowman can get off projectiles that kill a man and pierce armor. Coupled with the artillery, this is a very easy win for the medieval times. The men at arms and cavalry could be useful for Zulu-tactics. The dragon would be overkill.

The humvees could rsck up some kills but that is where i leave the luck factor. It really depends on the effectiveness of the humvees.

How far can a bowman shoot? 200 Meters? 300 Meters? And only on ground targets surely. While with an M4 you can (relatively) easily shoot a human sized target at 500m - 600 m. Against a tight formation it would be a massacre.
The medieval site is screwed. Good game, well played, no rematch.

A Ballista can probably shoot up to 500 Meters as well, but only against ground targets.

Well, I agree with the point that the Marines probabbly run out of ammo... everyone men would have to carry minimum 2 000 rounds.... it all depends on the Tanks, Humvees and Helicopters.

dragon doesnt have fire breath flys as fast as a biplane and no infinite ammo , armies starts 1000 meters away. Dragons armor = Tiger Tanks of WW2 but eyes and wings are like paper against guns and belly is very soft as well . 2 armies are aware of each other but doesnt know each others capabilities.

Medival side definitely. All they have to do is charge with the 60,000 cavalry and it's game over.

Assuming 10,000 get shot in the charge (and that's a little high itself) there is still 50,000 doing close runs into the Marines. Due to proximity the apache would be severely impeded and the humvees would cause freindly fire / be easily taken out by pikes through windscreen. Then just uses the dragon to clear up the tanks and apache.

To only way the Marines would have a chance is if they had a strong positional advantage. Such as on the top of a rocky hill behind large walls.
