A patent shows that you have either invented something or have had the foresight to patent something collectively available to the public. Both of these require a good level of intelligence.

There is a saying, Karl. Intelligent people are full of doubts. I.e, they rarely subscribe to prejudices and assumptions, generally. You clearly do, therefore not only are you ignorant, but also have the IQ of a Neandarthal.

Filing a patent does take intelligence and foresight, to know that your invention might be patented by another and you would have done all that work for nothing, and to take steps to prevent that.

The only thing you say here is that they had larger brains. Which is completely true. However if you had ever listened in biology class you would know that not the SIZE, not even the AMOUNT of braincells, but the AMOUNT of CONNECTIONS between the braincells (Synapsys) is what matters. Only because the braincells take more space doesnt mean they are smarter.
