Hello,
I am developing a WWI map, one of a few historical maps I hope to make. Devshaan recommended that I open a forum for help, as I don't have a solid idea of how to divide nations. The only ones I am completely sure with RE the US and Canada, but I have also made the Russian Empire, Denmark, and the German Empire. Please let me know what you think, as I will upload what I have so far when I find a good way to do so.

If you are looking for a way to share progress, go under your current map save state that you are working on, and press 'link for sharing' on the middle of the left bar. Then, copy the top link (it should say single player in it) and post it in this thread. Then, people will be able to see your progress.

Or, if you are looking to upload photos as the territories aren't set yet, use a different website (such as imgur) to upload an image and then post the link in this thread.

What do you mean by "divide nations"? Do you mean forming regular bonuses? Or mega bonuses (like the Rise of Rome map)? Or aesthetically? or wut? o.o

edit: I have no experience with making maps myself but I figured this kind of detail might be helpful for those who do

2 questions:
How much of Africa will you do?
Will there be any of Brazil/Japan/French Colonies/British Colonies? (I know that at least India and Australia supplied troops for the British Empire)

The map should reach as far south as northern Sudan, approximately, so most of the Arabian Areas of the Ottoman Empire are in the map.

I need to fix Florida, as I created that territory before I expanded the map.

This map is 1914, not in or after WWI

So there is no Yugoslavia, but thanks for the feedback just the same. :)
