Slightly later than originally promised, I am creating a new 1v1 tourney for all the non-Members out there to get a crack at winning a lifetime Warlight Membership! It is a 128-person, 1v1, SINGLE-elimination tournament using the "Strategic 1v1" settings that are currently used on our Members Ladder setup. This means that whoever runs the gauntlet successfully and comes out as the newest Warlight Member will already have practiced for the Ladder and should be able to seamlessly transition into the Big Leagues. Keep in mind, this ALSO means that the 3-day AUTO-BOOT timer will be activated as well.
The main purpose of doing a tournament like this is to help out the people that have wanted to get a WL Membership but haven't been able to because of drawbacks like financial restrictions, unrealistic currency conversions, etc. If you were thinking about becoming a Member anyways then I would strongly encourage you to do so and help support Fizzer for all of the work he's put into this site!
Please post a reply to this if you would like an invite to the tournament. I will proceed to invite every person that posts a reply on here but for obvious reasons, the tourney will start immediately once the first 128 people **join the tournament** on a first come, first serve basis. Good luck to all and I look forward to seeing some new faces on the Ladder very soon!

I'm gonna be heading out for the day so won't be able to add any newcomers till later on tonite. A popup message, highlighting this tourney will be going out today which should generate a significant amount of interest. Please continue to put names down on here as I will be adding people to the tournament in the same order as they are posted in this forum. You're all going to have to be patient and bear with me today as it may take me some extra time to get everyone invited but I will be doing it as soon as I get a chance later on tonite.
