Multi-accounting + stalling on the 1v1 ladder is a Warlight-level issue- it's a violation of Fizzer's community rules, and it's ultimately Fizzer's responsibility to enforce them (either directly or through his moderation system). A report was made through the system, and it's been verified that it was received, reviewed, and some actions were recommended or taken. Niklas has also withdrawn both accounts from the ladder. The people who needed to be aware of the issue to take care of it are all aware of the issue, and now it's entirely within their system.
It's not every driver's responsibility to chase down fugitives. There's an established system in place here, and there's no good reason to try and work outside it.
Clan League does not have a responsibility to make sure people play properly on the ladder. Clan League has- and enforces- its own rules, and its obligations end there. M'Hunters should not be compelled to remove a player from their own roster (unless that player's banned- if your presidential candidate gets arrested by the FBI, then it's not really in your hands anymore).
This is not an acceptable answer. If our community is to have rules, it needs to be enforced by every level of institution if you want to be taken seriously. Fizzer has only sporadically, at best, enforced the ladder rules. Do you want to tolerate sporadic enforcement? No. I refused to back down in the last time we had a major cheating incident, in which a member of GG was multi-accounting coin tournaments and getting away with it. We as the whole community should not tolerate cheating.
If you think cheating is unacceptable, you're either with me on this or you condone cheating yourself and you're just trying to deflect the issue. There is no grey area.
