If you have a Google account (i.e., if you're not still living in 2003), you can also simply clone the IPL sheet (
http://tinyurl.com/infinity-premier) or the CSL sheet (
http://tinyurl.com/csldata) (File -> Make a copy or something like that) and voila you've got Elo ratings and rankings automatically being done (IPL also sorts the teams for you) once you enter games and write in the winning team. The only thing you'd need to do would be to create and record games + add/edit/remove teams, which presumably you'd already be doing.
