Recently I discovered a new trend in warlight team games. This is how it looks:
1. pick terrirories
2. you dont like your starting spots
3. you pretend that you are not around
4. your teammates tell others to vote the end, cause you are 'not around'
5. game is voted
6. you make another game and pray for good spots, if not...

Why would I vote the end? Boot and play till the end. We should make a rule that there is not voting after first turns. Easy solution.

Easy solution. Boot them and THEN vote to end. They get the loss but nobody else does.
If they're really just doing this to increase their win ratio, they'll stop doing it pretty quickly once they realize every time they stop playing it's a loss. It's better to try for the win.

Wait, I mean in team games, not FFA. If player gets booted and the game is voted that player doesnt get a loss, does he?

The loss counts as soon as the game ends for you, ie. when you surrender, are eliminated or booted. Voting to end only affects players which are still alive.

Even if the loss didn't counted, many games have maximum boot percentage, so booting before voting should solve it anyway.

Recently, I discovered a new trend on the Warlight forums. This terrible new trend is occuring when people revive threads that over a year old. BEWARE!

Yes, so TexasJohn's comment was off-topic.
He should have started a new thread instead of hijacking this one.

the newest trend: people get booted vs unknownsoldier.
victims: lobstrosity (1v1 ladder). me (2v2 tournament). panix (1v1 ladder).
unknown has found a way to beat his opponents by influencing our daily lives. lobstrosity got stuck at work (unknown made a phone call?). i lost my internet connection (unknown has chinese hackers on his payroll?). panix? just silenced?

Newest trend is obvious... bringing back dead threads and then acting like it's a perfectly normal and sane thing to do.
