this can be applicable in other contexts. ex: start a website for a business and drive leads through that site to the business. grab 50% of revenue if theres sales through the site
ur using the existing business to ur favor without actually buying the asset itself. thats synthetic equity. u dnt have actual equity in the business however u have something very close to it
