I got banned. No reason was given whatsoever. Normally a quote is mention explaining why you were banned. I randomly got banned, no explanation whatsoever. I reported another player for extremely racist language and as of yet he has not been banned simply because he bribes Fizzer with coin purchases.

The reason for my banning was "this player has been banned before, he should be banned again". talking about killing myself or some shit that I have never said, they don't provide the evidence for it nor is there any apeal process.

I have been playing warlight for a while and I have seen this once humble game turn toxic with trolls on forums, favours to certain players who pay Fizzer off and ridiculous price increases.

Hate to break it to you but the forums have always been a disaster. They were a mess long before you joined. The only difference now is there are sub forums to separate some of the crap

You should have known that the banning system is fucked up.
Only thing you can do is not let the trolls trigger you.

That is sorta like what happened to me. Sometimes I just don't understand how the banning/suspending process works at all.

Sorry, it looks like you were suspended with the wrong message. I send you a private message with the actual reason you were suspended (which was legit, it was just the message that was wrong). I'm also having a talk with the mod that did it so it won't happen again.

Man Fizzer, I feel bad for you having to deal with this garbage. The idiots give you no time to focus on actual game mechanics/ improvements.

I'd volunteer to moderate as well but somehow think I'd be too ban-happy for your tastes

Genghis, the only hand Fizzer had in creating this mess is creating the forum in the first place and expecting people to act like adults. The rest is from the idiots and trolls...

Well, if Fizzer didn't have archaic and broken rules, people would have less issues with the system, and maybe they wouldn't be so angry with it or at each other.

I don't know really, I hope you know I don't mean to get hostile with you Richard. It's just that forums used to be a lot more lax and there was less crud about these useless things than there is now.

The forums were more lax because they weren't quite as vile or vulgar. Sure, they've always been a disaster but now they are more crude... more racist and bigoted comments, thus more banning. Frankly there are not enough.

@Fizzer, My mistake has been noted, if it was mine that is. I always presumed that someone else wrote the Final reasons for bans/warnings and that the Reviewers reasons was just to help the 2nd step in a reports review process. Anyway, if you see this and it was my fault, consider me contacted ;)

@Nogals, Sorry for the confusion. However your quotes are wrong (through, I don't blame you for that, since I do see how you would interpret the message that way.) Also, since you can't see the full review of reports process I have a hard time understanding how you know that the banning process is inconsistent. Unless you check someones profile everyday? And even then you wan't know if they got a warning or not. I do encourage you to ask for more transparency through.

You may be more ban-happy then Fizzer, but you don't ban players without oversight anyway. All bans are approved from Fizzer. So as long as you review reports, it is not too much wrong you could do.
