I've decided to take a side and here's my (not so) humble opinion.
1) The RostersYou stood absolutely 0% chance of coming anything but dead last in A next season.
Who cares? LEA stood absolutely 0% chance of coming anything but dead last in C this season. Doesn't mean we have to change clans based on our opinions, instead of allowing things to naturally happen.
Platinum - Outlaws
Jinxed - 101st - inactive for over 3 months
Panagiotis - Masters
Tac(ky)tical - Outlaws
MarkusBM - Outlaws
TeamGuns - Outlaws
Marceline - clanless
Bonsai - Outlaws
Benoit - VS
Nauz pointed out how 5/9 players here are Outlaws. He very conveniently leaves out Kantos, who just so happens to be in 101st. This makes 50% of the roster an Outlaws roster. Now, let's look at CL6, CL7 and CL8, and see which rosters have changed by more than 50%.
Blitz CL7 - CL8
Wakanari Wakanari
Linberson Linberson
KKND KKND
Grosshandlaren GiantFrog
Jefferspin awesomeusername
Quicksand Wini
#QB Wolly
pip
Blitz had a big portion of their clan move to Masters (similar to the 101st-Outlaws amount), yet nothing changed in this scenario. It seems awfully inconsistent.
Icelandic Turtles CL6 - CL7
Master Turtle BlacKnight
BlacKnight USA Biches
DanWL Nackickwind
Word Walker Buns157
Wowso Wohoo
Judeburger Sultan Kosmitow
nagromo
Gespacio
1/6 players in CL7 was the same as in CL6. Even Master Turtle moved roster, and the 1 that stayed played in 2 of the tournaments, compared to USA, Nack, Buns, Wohoo, and Sultan, who all played in more.
Not only that, but a big chunk of the original Turtle roster moved to General Chou Frisé's Winter Wonderland Brigade. Why did Chou's get the Icelandic Turtle spot, since clearly they contributed to the win more than BlacKnight alone did? Again, inconsistent.
Poon Squad CL7 - CL8
ieatpubes indibob
Martian Fluppen
mamuc SATS
Wildzar Wildzar
Florian Fiver !
indibob grooooorg
Monsi Riegels
jamrod cf1986
Nickovision Pobliomas
Pooncrew Pooncrew
QueefBalls QueefBalls
Swagnum Swagnum
Another complete transformation of a roster. Note that Pooncrew, QueefBalls and Swagnum all participated in 1/18 slots each in both rosters, compared to their other players where they capitalised on more heavily.
More than 1 player in the original roster transferred to M'Hunters. I don't see M'H getting any compensation, from adopting the most functional members of the CL7 Poon Squad roster.
And quite ironically, 101st from CL7 -> CL8I can't be bothered to look up the rosters, but if I remember correctly, Platinum was the only player to be in both. That's insane! Platinum changes the pool of players there and he's allowed to compete in B, and then he DOESN'T change the pool of players and he's allowed to compete in A? That's insane! Clearly something in the system favours Platinum.
acme acme acme acme acme(like come on)
The Lost Wolves CL8 - CL9They've almost lost their entire roster that allowed them to perform quite well.
2) Obvious biasWho remembers the #MotDForPrez that Outlaws were parading around screaming? I certainly do; it's when it became so obvious that there were some professional dicksuckers who love to appeal to authority. A clan that actively has a lot to say about Clan League, wouldn't have such an easy time getting a decision like this. Decisions should be made fairly, based on events that happen: not how much the organiser's dick is sucked.
3) The line of argument for getting Outlaws in Awhich results in a more competitive CL.
What type of line of argument is this? M'Hunters should have been in B, not C! LEA should have been in D or E! Stahl should have been in C or D! 7th Heaven should have been much higher than E!
What type of flawed logic is this? If we wanted the most competitive Clan League, it would actually be enforced all the time. Not when you want to throw a bone to the dicksuckers.
This is the last straw where Outlaws are systematically favoured.
