@Urfang: Yes, I mostly kept the east simplified, because you seem to know more about that than anyone else. The main reason I made the ma was to show what the political borders looked like in the west and south, and possibly to us a a base map.

And what about Beneventum? It was a unit or that is simplified too and there were many small duchies?

It split apart later on, but it was still united at this time.

I tried to draw borders but I just became uncertain maybe I should think again the whole concept. Due to projection the west is much smaller than east. If I make similar bonuses the east need bigger territories, if I make similar territories the east need more bonuses.

So I should use very different size territories or give own bonuses for every slavic tribes. Or find another historic date which fits better to this projection.
