to start i wanted to apologize for not posting this on user voice, i spent twenty minutes trying to post it and eventually gave up and decided to post here

My idea is putting tabs or flares on territories, this option would be very helpful in mapping out tactics to your teammates as well as allow you to mark a location of interest.
For example, if i was on a team of three in an extremely large map where my teammates don't know the names of the locations(Africa,east Asia,big us),i could highlight it for them so we can plan accordingly. This feature would be very helpful in real time games with fast timers.
please post your thoughts and tell me what you think :)

What if it worked like World of Warcraft, where you control+click on a territory to put the territory's name into chat (like you can now), except it would make it a link that, when clicked on, highlights the territory? This might be easier than just a label-less marker since teammates might not realize why something is marked.

I think you misunderstood - I wasn't talking about a feature that was already in the game. I was suggesting an alternate feature that might solve your problem in a more convenient way.

Randy, is there a different function for this for MAC users? I tried control+click, but it didn't work. (Vulture, I've been playing a while, and I didn't know about this feature either!)

isn't it <apple sign> + Click on a MAC?
