well but in a teamgame - if you want to win - you have to ease the hater a bit - or you can forget it
Haters on the own team are a problem. If they are just writing bullshit and play properly - just ignore them. If they also play like bullshit... well... that's a real problem.
I usually go with what my gut says (mostly option 3 or 4, 4 combined with 2 minus the ban, 4 combined with 3 works, too). I don't like haters. And I'm bad at keeping my mouth shut.
In the end, this is a game. Most important thing in a game is not winning, but having fun. It usually is fun for me to make fun of a hater (and if I'm good, it's also fun for people reading the conversation ^^). So even if I might lose a game because of a hater leaving and getting booted, purposefully attacking team mates or whatever, I had some fun.
Probably not the best path of action... But yeah... I'm not perfect. :D
